Lawyer

Olga joined the litigation team of Florent in July 2023. She advises and litigates both commercial and corporate disputes, varying from (contractual) liability cases to shareholder disputes. She also has a wide knowledge of insolvency law. After finishing her master degree in Corporate Law in Groningen, Olga has worked at two law firms, Baker & McKenzie and Pogust Goodhead, also as a litigator. At these firms, she has gained experience in the field of commercial contracts, corporate litigation, competition law, liability law and collective actions. Her cases often involved aspects of international law.

Olga is a member of the Association of Young Litigators.
