Lawyer

Johanny is a lawyer in Florent's Corporate M&A team. He specialises in corporate law, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts. He previously worked at an (international) law firm in the Dutch Caribbean for which he also spent a period in Sint Maarten. Johanny assists both Dutch and international clients.
