Hanneke works in insolvency law and has gained extensive experience in the area of financing and security. She has been involved as a receiver or advisor in very high-profile insolvencies and complex restructurings. She also has experience with pre-packs (both as an advisor for the company and as an undisclosed administrator) and regularly represents clients in noteworthy proceedings. Hanneke regularly publishes on subjects related to insolvency and is the co-author of the SDU manual: SDU Commentaar Insolventierecht en Praktijkboek Insolventierecht. Hanneke is a member of INSOLAD, Insol, Insol Europe, Insol International, the Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency (NVRII), the Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law (NVvP). She has a seat in the Insolvency Law Committee of the Netherlands Bar Association and in the Review Committee of INSOLAD. She is also one of the authors of the Dutch chapter of the 'Chambers Global Practice Guide on Insolvency 2022’.

Before BLIX was founded in 2009 and Florent was formed in 2017, she worked for many years at Van Doorne.
