Chris is specialised in dispute resolution. Chris conducts an extensive national & cross border litigation and arbitration practice, representing companies, investors and banks in commercial and corporate law disputes. Chris likes to act on the intersection of corporate, commercial and insolvency disputes. He is involved in high-profile cases, including inquiry proceedings for the Enterprise Chamber. Chris is a trusted advisor of various major corporates. Chris regularly publishes on subjects related to procedural law and is a co-author of the standard work, Groene Serie Kluwer Faillissementsrecht. Chris is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law (NVvP) and the relevant insolvency associations.
