Lawyer

Sam is a lawyer within the Employment Law practice group. She advises both national and international clients on various employment law matters, including individual and collective dismissals, reorganizations, (harmonization of) employment conditions, collective labor agreements, flexible employment relationships, cross-border employment, and employee participation. In addition, Sam has extensive experience in and derives great pleasure from providing legal guidance on employment law matters throughout an M&A transaction.

Before becoming a lawyer, Sam gained work experience as a clerk at the Limburg District Court and as a Legal Assistant in Employment Law at a multinational company. Sam has furthermore published several articles in the professional journal ArbeidsRecht.

Sam is a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA).
